CANCELLATION POLICY

At Bry’s Guide Service, we value your business and understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your reservation. To secure your spot, we require a deposit to be paid by credit card at the time of booking. Your trip is not held until payment is received. You will be able to settle your bill remainder with your guide using cash, check, or credit card.

In the event of a no-show, we will charge the credit card on file for the full amount of the reserved dates. Please note that we hold you responsible for the number of people in your party that you made reservations for. When you make a reservation, we reserve the appropriate number of spots for your group size and may have to turn away other reservations in good faith. If your group size changes, please notify us in advance, and we will do our best to fill the vacated spots. If we cannot fill them by the date of your reservation, we have no choice but to charge your group for them. If we are able to fill your trip, we then can refund your payment minus our booking fees.

We understand that things can happen, and we strive to provide flexibility to our customers. Therefore, the more advance notice we are given, the more likely we will be able to fill the vacated spots and avoid charging your group for them.
